FCAEF 9:30 Flight Class Volunteers

Service Description

Thank you for volunteering for FCAEF Flight Class. Class schedules with volunteer positions and their time blocks can be found in the FCAEF Playbook which will be sent to you upon reserving your position. Every volunteer must check-in at designated check-in desk upon arrival. If your check-in information is not found, you will receive assistance on how to update your volunteer profile. Every volunteer will receive a badge. If you have not taken a photo for your badge, please select the option to make a photo ID reservation. The number next to each volunteer position indicates how many individuals are needed. Please choose the appropriate questions for your volunteer position. Once volunteer position is booked, no one else will have the option to choose it, so please choose carefully and add the date to your calendar as a reminder. Please find available volunteer positions below. Thank you. Volunteer Positions: Classroom Set-Up (2) set up tables in chairs based on visual diagram of class and wipe down tables and chairs with disinfectant wipes. Audio Technician (1) set up and monitor audio volume levels. Student and Guest Check-In (3) assist with checking in students, parents, and/or guests; receives a color coded badge or is wearing their photo ID; and gives everyone checked in, a meal ticket. Administrative Assistant (1) assist the Programs Director with program-related questions and concerns; assists with program-related documentation; sets up laminated QR codes for table-view. Take photo ID photos. Food Set-Up and Serve (4) set up food table with tablecloth, snacks, space for food, paper goods and gloves for serving; receive meal tickets, count meal tickets, and return to Administrative Assistant. Flight Line Safety Technician (4 - 6) take direction from Chief Pilot or Flight Instructor on duty on the following duties during flight instruction: Help maintain safe and balanced passenger combinations. Maintain safe perimeters for passengers and guests. Assist during loading and unloading. This position must report to Chief Pilot or Flight Instructor on duty.
