Our Roots
Here at Fly Compton Aeronautical Education Foundation Inc, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is some initiative and a little support. Since our founding in 2020, we have been determined to make an impact in our community by introducing minority youth to the amazing world of aviation. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of activities we’re involved in. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

There are several barriers that prevent students of color from exploring a career in aviation, however we will focus on three:
1. Lack of Exposure
2. Access to Resources
3. High Cost of Flight Training
BUILD BRIDGES
Fly Compton is committed to helping its students achieve success at every level of their education. For those that want to pursue a career in aviation, Fly Compton has forged partnerships with many aviation organizations that will provide an opportunity for our students to secure a rewarding position in aviation.
